Vosoritide
Also called Voxzogo, BMN-111
per administration
A human trial worked out how much to take and how often, so a dosing schedule is shown.
Licensed as a medicine in the US and EU.

Published research contexts for Vosoritide describe 150–600 mcg per administration. Descriptive only, not a recommendation.
About 28 minutes; one of the shortest here, so the curve is a series of spikes rather than an accumulating level.
A modified analog of C-type natriuretic peptide, licensed as a medicine in the US and EU. Dosing is weight-based at 15 mcg/kg once daily subcutaneously; the range shown is a representative absolute amount for roughly a 10–40 kg child, and the vial strengths (0.4, 0.56 and 1.2 mg) are the reconstituted product's, made up with the supplied diluent. The study (Savarirayan, Lancet 2020) measured growth velocity in children with achondroplasia.
